The Best Banana Bread (ever.) J's review: 8.5 / 10 I don't know about 'ever', but this was definitely the moistest banana bread recipe I've made, and the flavour was really nice. My bananas weren't terribly ripe though, so I'm hoping that the next time I make it (with super ripe ones) it will hit 9 or 9.5 out of 10! I used sour cream instead of yogurt & sprinkled some cinnamon & brown sugar on top for a sweet crunch. This recipe is a keeper, for sure.
The BEST Banana Bread ~ super soft and tender, moist without being wet. Perfectly spiced with cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg, is jam-packed with fresh, sweet banana flavor, and is topped with an irresistible, crunchy brown sugar & cinnamon crust that lends a crispy crunch to every bite.
