High fiber low fat Banana Bread! Mix together 1 mashed banana, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup applesauce. Fold in muffin mix and combine (batter will lumpy!) bake in bread pan at 425 for 30 minutes untill brown! Let cool! Very moist tasty and healthy! No oil or eggs and healthy substitutes you can feel good about eating! Really yummy toasted and drizzled with natural peanut butter! Try it!
