Another example showcasing how Coastal continues to grow and improve can be found at the Elvington property. University Housing is excited for the 1,270-bed facility that is currently under construction. Phase I is scheduled to open in Fall 2015 for approximately 600 students and Phase II will open in Fall 2016. This new student housing complex comprised of four residence halls is located behind Eaglin and Ingle Halls and the HTC Center.

The HTC Student Recreation Center is open until 7 p.m during Spring Break. Student workers Logan and Maud are holding down the fitness floor as we speak:
