As a child, I was a writer. I wrote short stories and poems and I was a creative little powerhouse. I felt so many stories pouring out of me it felt necessary to write them down. As I've grown up, I know that creativity has been beaten out of me. I'm sure you may feel that way too. If you have a story inside you, write it down! Keep a small journal in your office or purse and write down ideas as they come to you. I even have a journal on my nightstand!
