I am one blessed gal to have constant supply of fishes from my dad's fishing. Tonight, let's go easy. Scaled, cleaned, fillet and grilled with just salt, pepper and olive oil using my favourite Le Creuset skillet . Garnish with air fry crispy chips, oregano from my herb garden and slices of lemon. Pair with furikake sprinkle sushi rice, chowder soup and a tall glass of blended fresh mango, pineapple juice soda. Home meal is the best. Burp!
