Oriental breakfast | woke up to porridge cravings, thus quick grilled a miso paste marinated fillet, fried egg with preserved turnip (forgotten to put oil till egg was add to pot! Inspired by Rachel Koo's bouillabaisse, I had my version of Provençal fish stew twisted from whatever ingredients I have on hand. The original fish stock I made earlier, are more flavourful after onion, garlic, fennel seeds, bay leave, star anise, thyme, tomatoes and white wine are added.
