Oriental breakfast | woke up to porridge cravings, thus quick grilled a miso paste marinated fillet, fried egg with preserved turnip (forgotten to put oil till egg was add to pot! But the effect turn out good), black bean paste with minced meat and a warm bowl of millet grains porridge. Smoothing home-prep food for us on a lazy day. At least, I know what am I eating.

Vegetarian Mapo Tofu
