1999-2002: I worked as a Hospitality Consultant for The Insight Group International, an investigative consulting firm. I led teams that evaluated guest service standards and cash handling controls at hotels nationwide and abroad.
This is my branding for a health & fitness fair I produced at Paramount that offered nutritious food & beverage samples, interactive exhibits, free chair massages, games and hundreds of giveaways. Always a popular employee event!
The Life Group LA is a compassionate organization that provides empowering support for those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. I volunteer as a group facilitator at their extraordinary weekend seminars.
2007-2011: As President of The Studio Club, a social organization of 500 entertainment industry professionals, I led a 20-member Board of Governors. We created unique and fun events that continue to sell out every year.
ZOMBIngo was an event concept I came up with to celebrate Paramount’s 2013 film release, World War Z. I led the Paramount at Play team in producing a complimentary BINGO event for employees that included a gourmet food truck, beer & wine, amazing prizes and zombie drag queen BINGO hostesses, who made it an unforgettable evening!
2005-2013: As Employee Engagement Specialist, I wrote and managed content for key portions of Paramount’s intranet to promote studio events, weekly film screenings and employee benefits. I led a ten-member project team, Paramount at Play, in developing engagement programs for 2,000 employees worldwide, branded social events (examples are posted on this board) and sports leagues. I worked with various businesses to create highly attended employee events quarterly.
