Lebanese Sausages ( Maqaneq  )     ½ T cumin + ½ T coriander powder + ½ T black pepper + ½ T nutmeg + ½ halba ( optional ) + ½ T sweet pepper  + 1 T garlic powder , 850 g ground beef + 150 g ground lamb + white Vinegar or  juice of 1 lemon .  Mix the meat ingredients thoroughly then add all the spices above plus some olive oil to make the meat mixture smooth – then spread the meat on a plastic paper and roll them like sausage – fry or bake them.
