I'm definitely starting to feel like more warm foods as the days get colder, I find myself not going for the fruit as much after lunch and instead searching for the foods that will make me feel warm. So today a little snack plate of oven grilled mushrooms/ tomatoes with Tuscan style herbs and baked beans along side avocado and pea sprouts is doing the trick.
