recipe (makes a medium-sized three layer cake, I’m using 7 inch cake tins):
- 1 & 1/2 cup (225g) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup (150g) caster sugar
- 2/3 cup (92g) cocoa powder
- 1 & 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 2 egg
- 2/3 cup (165ml) buttermilk (if you don't have this, just add a tsp of white vinegar to regular milk and let it sit for 5 mins)

- 1/4 cup (62ml) vegetable oil
