Blindfold round the ship - a great way to build confidence in your team mates!

our circle time, easy activity to do , is aimed at building self esteem and a positive self image. Here you can see Tevel is blindfolded and feeling Hila’s face, with the aim at guessing who is sitting in front of him. When doing this, they are encouraged to speak about what they are feeling, for example ‘pretty, curly hair’, ‘happy smile’. When they guess it causes great excitement for everyone.

At the end of Term 1, a bus full of Year 10 girls and two teachers headed to Ballon for a week of activities and challenges designed to test our skills and build confidence and team work. During the camp, we had to cook some of our own meals, keep our cabins neat and tidy and prepare ourselves for the day, under the observation but without assistance from the teachers. We had a lot of fun with activities such as Zumba, blindfolded walking and high ropes.

Super fun wedding reception game. DJ needs to play along: 1. DJ announces that there is a dance contest. Groomsmen to the floor. The bridesmaids "blindfold" them, but really just the groom is blindfolded. 2. DJ announces a dance off, and if you bump into anyone, you are called off the floor. 3. He starts to "call off" the groomsmen one by one, and the groom builds confidence that he is winning. 4. Hilarity ensues.
