Baklava Honey Cheesecake
A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and flaky baklava, sweetened with rich honey for a unique dessert.
Ingredients:
2 cups cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1 cup phyllo dough, chopped
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios)
Preparation:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
Layer phyllo dough with butter and nuts in a baking pan.
Pour cheesecake mixture on top and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
Drizzle with honey before serving.
