My daughter, Shara, knows I'm not much of a water drinker, so I thought I'd pass along one of her favorites: lime cucumber mint water.  When I need to drink water but don't really want to, I add a few slices of cucumber, a couple slices of lime, and a couple of fresh mint leaves.  It's not overwhelming but adds just enough crispness to the water to make it really tasty and refreshing!  Enjoy!

Drizzle the Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil on poultry, seafood, or red meats before cooking for a shock of fresh lime flavor! Excellent in salad dressings, in marinades, in baked goods, or drizzled on vegetables. A natural for Mexican food!

Flavored Water - Ingredients: 1 gallon fresh water, 3-4 slices of lemon, 3-4 slices of lime, 3-4 slices of other citrus (optional), 3-4 slices of cucumber. Instructions: Add all citrus and cucumber slices to water. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Makes about 12 servings.
