Double Chromatic Harp built by Henry Greenway around 1895. Towards the end of the 19th c. the English-born American harp builder Henry Greenway built several copies of his peculiar cross-strung chromatic harp model featuring X-shaped pillar and two necks. The one in the picture is displayed at the Metropolitan Museum in New York City.
When film queen Grace Kelly assumes her real life role of 'her serene highness' Princess of Monaco, she might well enchant her Prince (Ranier III) with some serene notes on the palace harp (if any). Grace is shown trying her hand at the harp on the set of her recently completed but not yet released film 'The Swan.' The harp was used in several sequences in the romantic comedy.
