Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oatmeal - 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup liquid (almond milk and/or water), 3/4 - 1 ripe banana, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt. Add first three ingredients to a mason jar. Mash up 2/3 of your banana and add to the jar. Slice the remaining 1/3 into the jar. Add vanilla extract and salt. Put the cover on jar and shake. Place in the fridge overnight.
You want to get healthier and look fit. You can’t figure out why all the hours in the gym aren’t paying off. You ‘think’ you eat clean most of the time. It must be your genetics because you are doing everything you are suppose to. WRONG!!! Sorry to break it to you but I am going to be straight forward about this.
