Harney & Sons Midsummer's Peach ~ I just unsealed this tin and it smells divine! I normally drink full-on black teas, but I have had my fill of coffee today and my hands were cold, so I made this decaf black. It is heavenly, and it is going to make a lovely iced tea in the coming months. DZ ~ April 2012
As served at Ming's Blue Ginger Restaurant, this is a masterpiece from Fuan, China. Beautiful little hand rolled pearls are gently infused with the floral essences from Jasmine flowers. The tea is a delight to look at and its brew also delivers. The light colored brew is full of floral and sweet aromas. Always a delight.
