Kale and Brussels Sprout Salad- I alter by roasting some of the brussel sprouts and adding roasted squash. I also add grated carrot in with the greens before adding some citrus and massaging for a few minutes, which this recipe doesn't include but it makes the greens so much more tender. You could really add whatever raw or roasted veggies you like to this mix though.

Turkey Zucchini Meatballs-Phase 1 (use almond bread for the bread crumbs) I made these for dinner tonight (3/24/14). They were really good! I did use my almond flatbread for the bread crumbs (just ground it up in the food processor)
