It isn't much of a secret that eating a nice, balanced breakfast is a great way to start the day. Breakfast can fill you up, preventing you from binging later on but it can also give you an energy boost and kick start your metabolism! The problem with this, of course, is that most people are straight up zombies in the morning or find themselves so pressed for time that they just grab whatever is readily available and inhale with little to no thought.
Ingredients 1/2 gallon purified water 1/2 lemon, sliced 1/2 lime, sliced 1/2 grapefruit, sliced 1 cup cucumber, sliced 1 tsp ginger, sliced (add more if you like) A small handful of peppermint leaves Instructions In a large picture add all of your ingredients and give it a mix. Add some ice cubes if you like. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before drinking. Discard the water after 24 hours if you don't drink it all. Recipe slightly modified from Skinny Mommy
