I bet it would be pretty easy to make a DIY project out of this with a breakfast basket tray and an old TV tray table.

I bet it would be pretty easy to make a DIY project out of this with a breakfast basket tray and an old TV tray table.

TV dinner trays gone wild! I painted this tray with a sample pot of Olympic One paint in Schooner (available at Lowes for $3). It's a dreamy deep turquoise/nautical blue and the paint went on smooth. I went over the tray with two coats of paint and Went over a damask stencil that I got from Hobby Lobby with some plain white acrylic paint. After a dry time of an hour-ish, I sealed it with Krylon's matte spray and put it to work as an end table.
