I actually use banana and apple sauce as substitute often.. adds a little flavour... not sure about adding avocado or black beans though... guess it depends on what you're making! If any of you have tried it, please comment! I'd love to get feedback!
Paleo Bread is an easy gluten-free bread recipe with just 9 ingredients --toss ingredients into a food processor, dump in a pan, and bake. No separating eggs, or water baths. Paleo bread is delicious for sandwiches, or toasted with a side of eggs. We keep this bread on hand at all times cause it's so darn good. After you bake it, cool overnight, then wrap in a paper towel and plastic bag. It will keep for a week when stored this way.
