Garlic Roasted Cauliflower with Toasted Asiago Bread Crumbs. I had this as a side to some chicken and breaded okra. I left out the onions. And next time, I think I'd add some spices to the breadcrumbs. Overall, it was pretty good though. A nice change to my usual "boring" sides. :)
