Beer pilgrims from all around the world travel to Brussels and the valley of the river Zenne to taste geuze. It's a unique beer made by blending 1, 2 and 3 years old lambic, and lambic is a beer brewn by spontaneous fermentation, from wild yeasts in the air. Geuze has a sour taste you have to get used to. The Girardin old geuze is one of my favourites. (Photo by Bernt Rostadt).
