Home made almond paste (mandelmassa)

Make almond paste, either from ground pealed (boil 1 min then cool and peal) or from course almond four (e.g. Lidl), mix with 1 egg white and some MCT oil. Make small balls (and dip in melted; 95% chocolate and coconut oil with some stevia drops added) or spread on small low carb pancakes topped off with whipped cream (swedish "semlor"). You can also chose to flavor the almond balls with a plash of rum i.e.

Coconut/MCT oil with greek yogurt, low carb snack

Mix in MCT oil or melted coconut oil in some greek or turkish yoghurt. A drop of stevia if you like and cinnamon. topped off with whole flax and (roasted) sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Dairy free low carb cafe latte

Dairy free low carb cafe latte: 2 Tbsp MCT oil, 1 egg and mix with a hand held blender. Add in a shot of coffee or just some instant coffee with e.g. 1 to 2 dl of boiled water while mixing. This has kind of a sweet taste to it already but you can also add in some drops of stevia. Delicious, creamy and smooth.

Homemade MCT / avocado oil mayonnaise

Perfect Mayonnaise! - MCT / avocado oil Mayonnaise: Whisk 3 egg yolks while very slowly pouring in of MCT oil, Add 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 3(?) droops of stevia and some Tbsp of white vinegar after taste (add about 1/2 to 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or white vinegar per dl oil added). Alternate the MCT oil with a little bit of Avocado oil for flavor. Sprinkle with a little salt. If too thick dilute with a tbsp of water.
