Perfect Mayonnaise! - MCT / avocado oil Mayonnaise: Whisk 3 egg yolks while very slowly pouring in of MCT oil, Add 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 3(?) droops of stevia and some Tbsp of white vinegar after taste (add about 1/2 to 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or white vinegar per dl oil added).
