How to Make Baked Tofu for Salads, Sandwiches & Snacks
Baked Tofu - I tried it, and love it! I marinated the tofu overnight in olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. It was delicious, and I've put it on my lunch salads every day this week. Yum! - AC
Stuffing. Use four cups gluten free croutons (previously made from gluten free crouton recipe), 0ne skillet of cornbread crumbled, 2-3 c chicken broth, 2 tbsp sage, 1/2 c chopped celery, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 stick melted butter. May need to add hot water if texture is too dry.
French Onion Chicken- so going to try this! OMG!!!! This was SO good! I did add some cooking sherry and worchestire (sp?) and fresh garlic, poured it all on seasoned croutons, my gosh my family loved this!
