A gold 17th- century ring with a a natural, oval, faceted color- changing sapphire (app. 3 carats) ranging from bright sky blue to dreamy rose pink. The shank is decorated with black and white enamel, European.
Ring, 4th-5th century, Celtic, gold. These rings evoke the splendor of the Celts and their love of personal adornment. The upper ring is one of the most lavish surviving examples. The rams’ heads are similar to those on the great gold neck ring from Frasnes-lez Buissenal also exhibited in this case. The two smaller rings present a combination of tendril motifs, some echoing symmetrical designs that appear to be abstractions of a face.

18th Century Fantasie Mask Ring; Gold ring, circa 1760, the twisted hoop decorated with turquoise enamel and diamond pansies symbolising pensee, [think of the giver]. The shank supports an oval bezel enamelled with a masked female face, with rose diamond eyes and garnet lips.
Gold memento-mori fede-ring, C. 1526-1575. This large ring, either intended as a thumb-ring or to be worn over a glove on the finger, is made of gold, enamelled and set with gemstones. Ca 15th century. Gold Padlock finger ring. The hoop is of uniform D-shaped cross-section with engraved decoration at the shoulders and a separately applied bezel, fabricated from gold sheet. The decoration, which is similar on both sides, appears to depict a flaming lamp or torch on a cross-hatched background, all within an elongated rectangular panel with rounded ends. The bezel consists of a miniature rotary padlock, complete with rectangular case, back plate, shackle and keyhole.
