Stabilizers of core and supporting leg: Iliopsoas, Tensor Fasciae Latae, Sartorius, Quadriceps, Lower Pectoralis major, and Serratus Anterior. Stabilizers of raised leg: Gluteus Maximus and Hamstrings.
