Grilled Salmon - 1c. mayonnaise, 1T. Dijon mustard, 1 clove minced garlic. Cover fish with Mayo spread, sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese & dill. Cover with lemon slices. Enclose in aluminum foil leaving the top open slightly to breath. BBQ @ med. heat for 1/2 hr. & continue checking occasionally. This is for a larger filet approx 2 in. thick. Pull off heat when cooked to medium, fish will continue to cook as it cools.

Spread 1/2 lb. (2 cubes) butter cut into cubes over the cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake @ 350 degrees until brown approx. 45 min.

Crockpot Lemon Chicken - 4 chicken breasts (can still be frozen). 2tbsp. of butter. 1 packet of Italian dressing seasoning. 1/4-1/2 cups of chicken broth. 1/4 or so of lemon juice. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy.
