Grilled Salmon - 1c. mayonnaise, 1T. Dijon mustard, 1 clove minced garlic. Cover fish with Mayo spread, sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese & dill. Cover with lemon slices. Enclose in aluminum foil leaving the top open slightly to breath. BBQ @ med. heat for 1/2 hr. & continue checking occasionally. This is for a larger filet approx 2 in. thick. Pull off heat when cooked to medium, fish will continue to cook as it cools.
