Grilled Salmon - 1c. mayonnaise, 1T. Dijon mustard, 1 clove minced garlic. Cover fish with Mayo spread, sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese & dill. Cover with lemon slices. Enclose in aluminum foil leaving the top open slightly to breath. BBQ @ med. heat for 1/2 hr. & continue checking occasionally. This is for a larger filet approx 2 in. thick. Pull off heat when cooked to medium, fish will continue to cook as it cools.

Scones - Preheat oven to 400, mix wet/dry seperately. 1 c. sugar, 5 1/4 c. flour, 1 T. baking powder, 1 1/2 t. baking soda. Add what ever you want i.e. fruits, candies, nuts. Fruits should be added last for best results. 1 c. melted butter, 2 c. buttermilk. Combine ingredients mixing as little as possible, dough will be very wet. Place 1 in. thick blobs on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar & bake for approx 18 min or until golden brown.
