Use Reese's pieces on the bottom, then Peeps and some colored flowers.  You can use a foam flower insert in the bottom so you don't have to use as many Reese's pieces.  You could also use jelly beans, instead of Reese's pieces.

Coloring Eggs - Use cool whip or shaving cream and food coloring (dark colors) - Drop in a few drops of food coloring swirl around and roll egg, still in its shell, in shaving cream/cool whip, let sit, wipe off. Very Cool!
