Corn Chowder

Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Pour of the mixture into blender and puree until almost smooth. Return to crockpot with milk and butter.

4-5 boneless Chicken breasts  1 can chicken broth  1 package fajita seasoning   1 can chopped green chilies     put everything in crockpot and cook for 4-6 hours on low, shred with a fork and let it cook for another 30 minutes or so in order to soak up the juices.     we usually make a full crock-pot of this and put what we don't eat in fridge or freezer to use for enchiladas, nachos or quesadillas.     serve on corn tortillas with whatever you like on your tacos...lettuce, cheese, salsa…
