No Bake Chocolate Shortbread Bars  (Makes 10 bars)/ Shortbread: 10 tbsp/ 1cup almond meal/ flour 25g honey/agave 2 tbsp coconut oil Choco:100g cacao powder  10g cocoa powder (OR another 10g cacao powder) 4tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp almond butter 50g stevia/ honey/ agave In a bowl, mix together shortbread ingredients, press the mix into a deep rectangular dish, place into the freezer  Melt coconut oil and almond butter  and then add ingred.
