Skillet Granola : in nonstick skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter into 3 tbsp maple syrup over medium. Add 1/2 c chopped pecans, 2 tbsp packed brown sugar, 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/2 tsp salt. Cook, stirring, 2 min. Add 2 c old fashioned rolled oats and cook, stirring, until golden, 5 minutes. Transfer to baking sheet and cool.
