I had oolong steamed sea bass at PF Changs once, and it was delicious. I'm on the lookout for ways to cook fish in tea. Apparently tea tenderizes meat so even soaking chicken or steak in tea will make the meat super moist. Interesting!

This was the first time I've ever tried chia seeds, and they are pretty awesome. Another superfood with all it's omega 3s, calcium, fiber, and protein...chia seeds are definitely something I'll start adding to more and more things. The seeds expand to three times their size in liquid (ours took more than the 2hours though), so you get a gel-like texture of the milk, and it tastes like pudding.
