Pineapple Sweet Potatoes (6 servings): 6 sweet potatoes peeled & cubed, 1.5 cups dark brown sugar, 1 8oz. can pineapple tidbits drained, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tsp. ground cloves, 1 tsp. cinnamon, .5 tsp nutmeg & 1 cup mini marshmallows. Place all ingredients except marshmallows in a slower cooker, stir until mixed. Cook on low until fork tender (6-7hrs). Top with marshmallows, broil until marshmallows are light brown.
