Chicken salad made with grilled chicken shredded and mixed with ff greek yogurt. Assembled with spinach, onions and green pepper.
Low carb chicken wrap. Tortilla made with one egg, 2tbsp parmesan cheese and two pressed cups of fresh spinach. Chicken breast made in the skillet with garlic, basil and pepper. Thinly sliced peppers and onions and half a wedge of garlic and herb swiss laughing cow cheese. Super filling, high protein and yummy!
