This is the pattern for the Celtic Aran Afghan I created while I was planning a trip to Ireland. It was knit in the weeks leading up to the trip, during the trip and in the few weeks after coming home. Everytime I look at it I have wonderful memories of that exciting time and I will treasure it for years to come. I hope you do too.
