Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients: Stuffing 1 slice Bread (any/ optional) 1 organic tomato peeled 1/2 garlic clove 1/2 cup walnuts A bunch of rocket A bunch of basil (fresh if possible) A pinch of salt A drizzle of olive oil * blend all ingredients together 2 Portobello Mushrooms ** Fill mushrooms with stuffing garnish with walnuts and mixed seeds and a drizzle of olive oil, grill for 10-15 minutes and serve with green salad. 1 serving, ideal lunch!
