VILLA HENDRIKX, 70F architecture. The house is a two-story building with traditional planning, living on the ground floor and sleeping upstairs. The building is divided into three parts: a two-storey main entrance building facing the front garden, a patio and connecting hallway as an open area in between, and finally the living area in a one-story volume in the middle of the plot. It is clad in yellow-white blend brickwork with mahogany window frames.

This two-story cottage boasts three porches, and HGTV fan Periwinklecottage says "there is still more gingerbread to come." The top balcony offers a view of the village and park. An old porcelain stove on the lower front porch serves as a potting bench and storage place.

This three-story Noe Valley home promotes indoor/outdoor living with its landscaped front and backyard gardens that serve as extensions of main living areas. Photo: OpenHomesPhotography.com / SF
