Still my favourite cookbook but must say mine looks nothing like this. It is over 20 years old and I am happy to admit mine is well thumbed, covered in stains and the spine is broken. However I will not be replacing it it means far too much to me.
The Tokina 90mm f/2.5 AT-X Macro is a legendary manual lens from the 1980's. You can pick them up on eBay for about $300-$400 in a Canon FD mount (which is fine, because I can pick-up a cheap adapter for my Sony a7s). Super sharp and with fantastic natural bokeh, this lens can absolutely hold it's own against band new (and much more expensive) modern glass. Perfect for portraits.
