Green Glow   1 cucumber 1/2 whole "bunch" parsley (about a handful) 2 large handfuls spinach 2 large handfuls baby kale (can use large kale as well) 4 stalks celery 2 apples  Juice everything, enjoy!  Makes 2 servings about 1 1/2 cups each.
