Mexican chorizo is a fresh raw sausage made with dried chiles, garlic, spices, salt, and vinegar. Unlike Spanish-style chorizo, which is cured, it must be cooked before using. It can be more difficult to find than Spanish chorizo, but it's easy to make yourself with this recipe.
#TeamSweet is rushing towards the end zone with these fruity and fresh cheesecake RITZ cracker toppers. The recipe is super simple and easy: just spread softened cream cheese on crackers and top with pie filling. It's a classic, no-bake dessert that deserves to play on the front line!
This was awesome! I never would have thought that you could get the same crusting on the chicken by baking, instead of pan frying. Maybe the secret is the brushed butter? Regardless, this was incredibly fast to prep, and only took 25 mins in the oven. I served with dreamfield's spaghetti with a little butter and grated parmesean. Highly recommend!!
