Rose shortbread cookies - Oh. My. Lord. These are fantastic!! I didn't use white chocolate because I didn't want them to be too sweet. I used 2 teaspoons of rose water instead of 1/2 tsp rose extract. The addition of edible rose petals is so pretty.
