Night Shift and Workouts

Find something YOU love doing. YOUR passion. YOU will be happier. Everyone always rolls their eyes when I tell them I wake up early to work out before work --" I could never do that. I already have enough chores to do.." Working out isn't a chore to me. I love it. It's part of my day. I don't "HAVE" to do anything. I WANT to ! See working out in that light and you'll never dread it again. It won't be something you "have to do to stay healthy" it will be something you want to do
