Gooey Hot Fudge Sauce- This gooey hot fudge sauce recipe is about the best one I've ever tried, and I've tried a LOT. It's perfect on ice cream, especially warm, but it's also really good for dipping cookies. Ingredients •2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips •2 tablespoons butter •1/2 cup half-and-half •1 tablespoon corn syrup •1/8 teaspoon salt •1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Homemade wax - I tried this today! Much better than the garbage wax strips at the store! "1 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of honey 1 ounce of lemon juice (2 Tbsp)-or use the juice from half a lemon-" - make sure to microwave until it bubbles (3:22 minutes for me) or it won't work. Afterwards, simply wash off sugar residue with warm water. I like to rub coconut and olive oil on my legs afterwards. a little more lemon juice seems to work well.
Restaurant Style Mole Sauce on BigOven: This is my version of mole sauce. It can hold its own against the mole at our great local Mexican restaurant. Serve it over good chicken, over enchiladas,or burritos. I think it is good with lots of things!
