Baked Ricotta (recipe here: http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/08/pureed-foods.html) 8 oz Ricotta Cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, 1 egg, beaten 1 t. Ital. Seasoning, salt & pepper to taste, 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce, 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella - Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg & seasonings together, place in dish. Pour marinara on top & top with mozzarella & any desired toppings. Bake @ 450 about 20-25 minutes (best) or nuke till hot and bubbly.
