Egyptian Red Lentil Soup

Egyptian Red Lentil Soup from Food.com: A yummy soup that uses my favorite lentils. Adapted from a Moosewood recipe. This is a good and healthy take-to-work lunch.

Love Hieroglyphics. A have a large cartouche of my own that was made in Egypt. I designed it & drew the size I wanted. I had a small one with my name on it, but I wanted something unusal & different. They did such beautiful work. My husbands friend owned a jewerly shop in Alexandria. I hope to go someday. V.
