Sailors’ Stories of 9/11 Service:Honor,Courage, Commitment.Quartermaster 2nd Class Matthew Konchan.I was born in Washington,D.C. Sept.11,2001,I was in a classroom at Johnstown,Pa., community college, approx 25 miles from Flight 93 crash site.Because of these events so close to home, made decision to join Navy much easier, giving me opportunity to defend my nation like the 40 passengers & crew on Flight 93 did that day.

What a disgrace our leaders are!! It's pathetic when the jerks in congress get more in bonuses than the men and women who die for us get for their service!
