"Alphatots and Tallytots are great educational toddler apps. One deals with numbers and the other with letters. Both apps are easy for little kids to navigate and I like the little clicking dial you have to hold down to change your selection. Each letter and number has its own game to go with it – which means that the alphabet app alone has 26 games to play."
