Gluten-free hot cross buns - when I made as per this recipe the dough didn't look right. So I added an extra cup of flour. Now they taste just slightly too doughy. I'm going to try them again with a half cup of flour extra instead. Or maybe psyllium husk.
SIOUX FRY BREAD: Indian Fry Bread - My mother and grandmother made this. Fry Bread was first made using the flour and lard given to Indians when they were forced onto reservations in the late 1800s. My grandmother and mother were part of the Sioux tribe of NorthEastern Montana.
