Red Velvet Cookies & Cream Protein Truffles- INGREDIENTS: 1 scoop CNC Select Protein, 1tbsp coconut flour, 3tbsp milk of choice or water, 2 crushed red velvet oreos, 1tbsp mini chocolate chips, 1/2tsp coconut oil. METHOD: Mix protein powder, coconut flour & milk in a bowl until well combined. Stir in crushed Oreos. Roll into balls or put in silicon mold. Freeze for 20-30min. Microwave cocoa chips/coconut oil and dip truffles in.
HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH | Ingredients: 1 scoop PEScience Select Protein, 14g Coconut flour, 12g PB2/peanut flout, 1 Packet Stevia, mini chocolate chips, 30g pumpkin puree, 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk | Method: Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately, then gradually combine, but do not over mix. Shape into ball and refrigerate in an air tight container overnight.
Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Banana Bread INGREDIENTS: 1 cup almond flour, 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/2 scoop Snickerdoodle Select Protein, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, desired amount of chocolate chips (optional). METHOD: Mix together all dry ingredients, then add wet. Once combined, fold in chocolate chips. Pour into 2 sprayed mini loaf pans (or 1 large loaf pan). Bake at 375* F for 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean from center. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Protein Cookie Dough INGREDIENTS: 1/2 c quick oats, 1/4 c coconut sugar (or granulated sugar), 1 scoop Snickerdoodle protein, 3-4 tbsp. oat flour, 2 tbsp. Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter, 1/2 c almond milk DIRECTIONS: Mix all dry ingredients together and starting with only 3 tablespoons oat flour. Add wet ingredients and mix until combined. If dough is too wet, add another tablespoon of oat flour. Mix in chocolate chips and enjoy! 2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips (optional)
