Asian Asparagus. This is my go-to side dish with Asian food, especially if I don't want to futz around with a big stir fry. Tastes like Chinese takeout. I double all the sauce ingredients and use vegetarian Oyster sauce. Also yummy with broccoli.
Cucumber Noodles with Asparagus and Ginger Scallion Sesame Sauce by gourmandeinthekitchen doubled sauce and used half the ginger. stirfried the asparagus in olive oil and 2 cloves crushed garlic. added red pepper later with sea salt to taste as serving.
