DELICIOUS!! I made these this morning. Banana bread pancakes: 1/2 c oats, 1/2 banana, 1/4 c cottage cheese, 2 egg whites, cinnamon. So much yummier than plain old oatmeal with cottage cheese on the side!

Pumpkin Oatmeal Pancake Batter: * 1/4 cup oats * 1/4 cup egg whites * 1/4 cup pumpkin * 1 tsp vanilla * 1 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp cinnamon Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto a hot skillet.
